LL.B (Hons), MSc. (Audit) CFE, CPFA. (CIPFA Affil).

Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Professional Forensic Accountant, founder and consultant of Trustt Audit limited, has in excess of 15 years experience of both internal and external auditing.

Hans is a member of The Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) England and Ireland, member of The Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) – USA, member of The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) – USA, member of The Institute of Consulting (MIC) – UK, and member of the Institute of Certified Forensic Accountants (ICFA) – Canada & USA.

Following an MSc In Audit Management and Consultancy from the Birmingham City University Business School, coupled with a bachelor’s degree in Private English Law (LL.B), Hans worked on high profile transactions for a number of listed and private companies, including forensic and due diligence assignments.

This enabled Hans to develop his expertise on various Auditing and Professional Practices Framework as well as working alongside many banks, lawyers, venture capitalists and entrepreneurs.

Having completed assignments across the United Kingdom (UK), as well as in main land Europe and in Africa, Hans’s experience of having been involved in all aspects of Internal Auditing, Risk Management and Corporate Finance gives him a unique perspective on lead advisory audit management and consultancy.
